It almost makes a strong case for the show's entertainment value, though that was the equivalent of watching a suburban skank walk comically into a screen door.
What gives with the weird speech? Where do people actually talk like that?

Wow. Scary. I might be more shocked and appalled, but I do teach high school.
i only watch this show b/c my daughter likes it. BUT i have had some of the best belly laughs watching it.
