It really sucks when you know your going to get sick. Yesterday I felt a sore throat coming on and last night it became a full blown cold. There was a sensation of sandpaper in the back of my throat all night. I hope this does not last very long.

So Im going to make an effort to blog again. I used to enjoy it and I was beginning to gain a following as well as a unique style of my own.


Ok ..Let me just jump right into it.
Whats with all the junk mail.

Every week my roommate and I accumulate enough junk mail; catalog's, credit applications, coupons, and meaningless local fliers, to fill at least one milk crate per week. Most annoying she and I occasionally shop by mail order. Such as Jcrew, Bananarepublic, west elm and some major department stores. The first problem is every month we both receive the identical catalogs in the mail on the same day. Isnt it possible with computers to identify customers who have an identical address even if they dont share the same name. I email and called a few of these places but it seems that they must have numerous entries for my name and address because they still come in pairs.

The most annoying of all junk mail is the large log sized ad,packs that are placed on our door step once a week, usually 3 to 5 of them(my building has 12 units). I se them in our trash outside apartments around Hoboken every week. Guess because their wrapped in a plastic bag people forget that you can recycle them. I think they should just stop sending them all together.

Its an old topic but one that has been bothering me a bit lately. Im not expecting any comments since Im only currently getting about 4 to 6 visitors a day.
