Holiday Break

I have been away from boston for about a week and will return on the 7th. I have been spending some time with my family and making some money house sitting for a close family friend in town. So far the break has been great, except for a minor fender bender I had on christmas eve day in my home town. I did a number on my parents suburban while running out to get some wine. It was not the best way to start out my holiday but I got over it quickly. Lately Im feeling like a new person, now that I am done with school I have so much freedom to finally find a paying job . I cant wait to get back to boston and find some part time work. Just before I left I received a job at PBS, WGBH Antiques Road-show I'm very excited about this since I have always wanted to work for Public Television.

Christmas was nice as usual, I definitely ate enough goodies. As far as gifts go I received some kitchen ware and a new coffee maker that uses coffee pods... This is the best invention since it only takes a moment to finish making my coffee. I cant wait till they come out with an IV coffee drip that would be sweet!!

Im not sure what my plans are for New Years but Im probably going up to boston, except it seems that no one is going to be around. Maybe Ill just go to Mohegan Sun casino and press my luck at the craps table.

My blog has hit an all time low, my entrees are weak and lacking. I am in the midst of my final college semester and its been extremely overwhelming. I have about 30 pages due on wednesday and a final on monday of next week so its about all that I have been working on since saturday. So much for the holiday spirit in my neck of the woods.. bah-humbug!!

On a better note I did learn a bit about CSS the other day and hope to give the blog hog a face lift next week, nothing to fancy. I hope to make the interface a bit more user friendly and welcoming. I think Im going to keep the hog graphic up top just touch it up a little to make it more visually appealing. Also I may possibly get rid of the red background... yet I am beginning to like it. So untill next week have a great time holiday shopping... i dont think ill ever have a chance to get that done.. shit!

Arrest me!!! Please!

About a month ago I was speeding though Pennsylvania on my way to vegas during a drive cross country. The ticket was for 161.00 now they want an extra 68 and im not sure for what. So I called (which by the way was a pain in the ass, something like a 45 minute phone call) and asked why? They said they were unsure but to send the money for now and they will look into it ... if there has been a mistake made then I will recieve my money back.... doesn't that sound silly. why dont they suspend this warrant and look into it first. Something obviously does not sound right if they dont know what this charge is for.

I guess ill send the money and see what happens

Im in desperate need of money now that im a fugitive. Does anyone have the other half of this $5 I found.

Winter has arrived

Getting a bit cold here in boston the past few days, and today we have snow. It started early this morning and will prob turn to rain soon. Dont you hate that slushy crap? Im not sure how many readers I have on here but im sure I lost a few this past week while I was neglecting my blog. I get a respectable 30 hits a day which is slowly growing, Id like to get it up to 100 if possible.

Today I was using the (next blog) button and came across this interesting blog, you might have already herd of it. Its called Things I Find Check it out and see if you like it too.

BTW google has now included a new way to make a few bucks if you are part of AdSense which I kind of gave up on since I had only earned 11.00 in a month. But thier new referrals program gives you a whole lot more. As you can see I now advocate Firefox in my sidebar. If you have windows and use Internet Explorer you should definitely switch to FIRE FOX and use the link on the right to download it now. I get a dollar and you receive a better way to surf the net I promise. Dont take my word for it see what these New Yorkers have to say about the fast growing Firefox.
